1. AGREEMENT This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and com.triangcircularmedia for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").

2. GRANT OF LICENSE com.triangcircularmedia grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT solely for your personal or internal business purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. You acknowledge that com.triangcircularmedia retains all title, copyright, intellectual property rights, and distribution rights to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. This software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties.

4. RESTRICTIONS You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

• Rent, lease, or lend the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

• Claim this software as your own creation.

5. NO WARRANTIES The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
